About the Entry Form

There are two types of entry forms available.
Please select the form that corresponds to your situation in terms of participation.

• First-time participants cannot apply using the form for players entering their second or later event.
• In addition, if a player who competed in STAGE 1 or STAGE 2 (including those who competed in both) applies through the "First-Time Entry Only Form," we will refund USD 10, less payment processing fees, after the tournament ends (by canceling the payment).
