Best of 5 Leg (The first player who wins 3 Legs win the match)
THE WORLD MODE which is installed in DARTSLIVE2 will be applied for all matches.
SHOOT OUT and BULL MASTER will be applied to the pretournament match.
1. Two games of SHOOT OUT per player
2. Two games of BULL MASTER per player
The tournament brackets will be made based on the scores from SHOOT OUT.
When players obtain the same scores on SHOOT OUT, the result of BULL MASTER will be considered.
For those players who cannot participate in the Pre-tournament Match the day before the tournament, a drawing will be conducted by the WSDA.
About "SHOOT OUT"

Each match of this tournament will be played under rules of "No Handicap" and "Single Elimination"

Players who have accompished 14 darts during a 701 match will be awarded for accomplishing "WORLD 14". Prize money of HKD 3,000 will be rewarded to the player for each match.
Prize money of HKD 3,000 will be rewarded to the player wins the highest score in SHOOT OUT.

After completing the registration of Annual entry, the entry fee of all stages will be waived. All annual players will be receiving an attendance confirmation e-mail from WSDA at the registration starting period of each stage. Each stage's entry will be ensured only for the player has replied to this confirmation e-mail with will of participation.
The priority entry cannot be ensure, if the player haven't replied before the due date of confirmation, or player was unable to be reached,
Entry fees are not refundable or transferable under any circumstances, even if the participant were unable to participate more than one stage.
Annual Entry payment is only subject to the advance payment of STAGE1-8 entry fee, and hotel accommodation fee might occur for some stages which it is not included to the annual entry package.
Annual Entry package does not ensure the entry of the GRAND FINAL.
THE WORLD 2013 DARTSLIVE CARD will be used during the tournament match of THE WORLD 2013.
Players will be required to use THE WORLD 2013 DARTSLIVE CARD during the tournament match of THE WORLD 2013.
In case a player's DARTSLIVE CARD or Official badge is lost or damaged,
he/she will be required to purchase another DARTSLIVE CARD or Official badge to continue taking part in this tournament.

THE WORLD 2013 DARTSLIVE CARD will not be allowed to resale or transfer to a third party. In case a player violates this rule, the player subject for this violation will be disqualified to attend the tournament match.
